This Central Auckland home was ready for a roof refresh—but before we could begin, there was a bit of prep work to do. Overgrown trees on the property were blocking access, making it difficult to safely install scaffolding. Coordinating across multiple teams, including arborists, we ensured the trees were trimmed back efficiently so we could move forward without delays.

Once the site was ready, our team installed a brand-new .55 Corrugate COLORSTEEL® Endura roof in ‘Cloud’, a soft, modern colour that beautifully complements the home’s aesthetic.

During the project, we noticed that some of the weatherboards needed attention. We replaced and repainted those sections, carefully matching the existing paint to maintain the character of the home while giving it a fresh, updated look.

This extra step helped tie everything together, creating a clean, cohesive finish that looks great from every angle.
